The River Cities Football Officials Association is pleased to announce that the following former football officials were selected by a vote of the membership to be included in the 2023 River Cities Football Officials Association Hall of Fame. They were selected from a list of nominations that included thirty-one former officials. They are listed in alphabetical order:

Proposed criteria for voting: · The first class of the RCFOA Hall of Fame inductees will consist of up to twelve (12) former officials that receive the most votes. This does not mean that there will end up being 12 individuals chosen if there is a multiple tie that would lead to more than 12 inductees. · The following years thereafter will be limited to up to four (4) members. · Each voting member picks (number to be determined) nominees. · Possible manner of future voting if approved by the membership of the RCFOA – v Your first choice gets 5 points v 2nd choice 4 points v 3rd choice 3 points v 4th choice 2 points v 5th choice 1 point. · Top vote getters get in the hall of fame. The votes will be cast by active RCFOA members in good standing as well as current those enshrined in the RCFOA Hall of Fame the year after they are enshrined.
